It was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and, of course there were the typical negotiations and such, but they made the entire process so simple and as headache free as possible. Even got the paperwork done over the phone and had the car delivered to me since I don’t live in the immediate area! Excellent experience Jacob Jasso was patient and understanding, even after I disappeared from him. I had an emergency and left without telling him lol. He thought I backed out which is understandable. But yet he reached out and I texted him that I was busy. The next day Gracie called me and I was still not feeling 100%. Soon after I reached out to Jacob and went in to finalize my paperwork:) He didn’t treat me differently and remained professional but was sympathetic. Can’t forget to mention that their service department staff are very helpful and they get the job done! Thank you Sir!
