I normally don't leave reviews, but I just wanted to say I took my grandparents' telluride in a couple of months back for having weird electrical issues. They were able to fix all the issues that same day. I had the opportunity to speak to the technician who was able to figure everything out on the matter, I believe his name was Reyes. Very smart /cool dude. Very informative and genuine. Thank you, Merced KIA! And thank you Reyes! You're much appreciated!! More technicians like Reyes are needed in the industry.
