From telephone interactions to accommodating your complicated schedules, their face-to-face interactions, and all the lovely amenities of their location, it is an absolute pleasure to bring your vehicles here. They will, quite literally, take care of you and your vehicles from the moment you arrive until the service is complete. Stay and have coffee or relax in their beautiful open space, or be transported from your door to theirs and back. They go so far beyond the normative dealership/service experience that I do not think I will want (or need) to go anywhere else.

I cannot emphasize how great this dealership is. I’ve been searching for a VW Tiguan for a year. I live near Albany and the dealers here were 4K more than what Father and Sons were for a 2024. They also gave me 1-2k more than the ones in my area were offering. Which made a huge difference only having to roll over 1k. I told them where I wanted to be in price and they did it. I did everything over the phone and just had to come in and sign. There was no grimy sales gimmicks I told them where I needed to be and they made it happen without going back and forth. 0% interest is awesome too.
