Giving a 5 star because they went above in beyond for me. Extra things were wrong and was fixed without additional labor cost because they was already working in that area. My car was in an out in a day. That's calling in the night before and car was finish by 4pm the next day. Awesome job ????

Mitch Green is an excellent service advisor. He always recognizes me and knows the cars I bring to Coughlin Toyota. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything I ask about. He is realistic about what is needed and doesn't try to "up sell" me to boost maintenance revenues. Mitch understands my vehicles' history and trends overall from what he has seen. Whenever something doesn't get done right, it is fixed right away. These are reasons I trust Mitch implicitly and will continue to bring my vehicles to Coughlin. I will look first at Coughlin Toyota first for a new or used vehicle because of the service which I'm about to do.
