Everyone I encountered during my visit to Jerry's was friendly, polite, professional, helpful, and well informed. My dapper salesman Paul, is a polished and knowledgeable car sales pro, with a hilarious sense of humor, who had me feeling more like an old friend, than a customer. I met both Sales managers Matt and Ben, both of whom welcomed and greeted me. I was able to get my car protected from almost everything, by Christa who was very thorough in explaining all the details of the advantages of the protection package I got . The finance manager Adam gave me a great deal that was perfectly tailored to my needs. Shout-out to the salesman Lee, who snapped the photo of my salesman Paul and I, and who gave me a better insight about the auto industry. In summary, I had a smooth, stress free, awesome experience at Jerry's.

It was a great experience. This wasn't my first new toyota purchase. I been to been to a few dealerships and this was worth my drive and time. I came all the way from Pennsylvania. But this time it was a hassle-free environment. I felt comfortable with my salesman and financial department. They gave me excalty what I was looking for. I love my new truck. Anytime you go to Jerry's, ask for Austin Powers! His sales skills are absolutely top-notch. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping you find the right fit. Austin makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and you can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. That said, while his customer service and salesmanship are excellent, there’s still some room for improvement when it comes to the financial side of things. A little more clarity and consistency during the financing discussions would really elevate the overall experience. Still, Austin is definitely someone you want on your side when shopping at Jerry's.
