Very friendly staff. So glad that the courtesy car wash has been reinstated! Got an unexpected discount for having to wait longer than expected. I have been driving the extra miles for years to get quality care after a very bad experience at another dealership. Totally worth the drive!

We knew exactly what we wanted (Rav4 Hybrid) when we called Oroville Toyota and spoke to SPENCER UBBNIK on the phone. My husband and I then went in to see him. He answered all our questions – and we had a ton! In order to actually test drive one of these cars, you had to put down a deposit and wait for it to arrive at the dealership. We thought that was a bit strange…..but, went ahead and put the deposit down. We could have gone to Chico and seen one, but the atmosphere at this store was very relaxed, so we chose to wait. We test drove the vehicle, really liked it, and went ahead with the purchase. Not once did I feel pressured. From beginning to end, Spencer made the entire process totally painless. We have now had the vehicle for 3 weeks and have had to call Spencer quite a few times with questions. He has always been available. Spencer is very patient and always has a smile. Call him! You will not regret it!!

Always friendly staff when I call for service, the friendliness certainly show through their actions too. Appreciate the quick rinse/wash they do after service too! Oh and the cookies!
