This is an absolutely wonderful Toyota dealership. I will never go anywhere else for my maintenance. Todd in service is absolutely outstanding! He helped me schedule my maintenance and service quickly and efficiently! Brandon (parts manager) was beyond helpful with finding exactly what I was looking for! He went as far as to show me an example that they had in the shop that morning! Lucy at the front desk is so personable and easy to talk to. Overall my experience with these three individuals well exceeded my expectations. I will be back to see all three of them as I continue to build my dream 4runner! Have been going to McDonald Toyota Greeley for 3-4 for years for routine maintenance and what not and everything has been great. I recently upgraded my pickup and got a new Tacoma. I worked with Gin and everything from start to finish was great. Put my money down and was given a time frame of when the truck would arrive and it arrived sooner than later.
