This is by far my favorite dealership. Everyone is really nice and polite. The place is bright and clean, and I love their little complementary coffee/snack area while you wait. Service is always fast, and they always call or text for follow-up. A big shout out to David Reynoso (client advisor) for even coming in to work to help us out on his day's off. His quick responses to my emails really help us out and not waste time in purchasing a car.

I have always received excellent service at Bill Jacobs Motorsport. The headlight fogged on my X5 about 30 days after my warranty expired. Thanks to Jacob M. and Joe O., BMW covered the replacement. My technician, Adam P., is the best! This is the fourth BMW I have bought from Bill Jacobs and I know where I am going to buy the next one.

Super nice people. Very helpful and very good communication. We had a full motor replacement and our mini Cooper was detailed and ready to go as promised. They helped us get a free motor even though it was out of warranty. If it wasn't for Mitch we would not have or car running at all. Thanks again we appreciate you guys. 5 stars ???? all the way.
