Drew was the consummate professional. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. I had a fantastic experience at the BMW of Devon Pennsylvania service department. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. My service technician, Lou, was not only informative but also understanding of my budget constraints. He tailored a service plan that met my needs without any pressure. Lou went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I also had a positive interaction with Linda over the phone; she was sweet and understanding when I mentioned I was running late for my appointment. The option to pay online for convenience is a great time-saving feature. Joe, the shuttle driver, was friendly and made my commute hassle-free. Overall, the service experience was exceptional, and I found the pricing to be fair. I highly recommend the BMW of Devon Pennsylvania service department for their excellent service and customer-centric approach.
