Excellent sales department (Phil) and Service department. We bought a used BMW and 3 days later it needed a headlight. They got us right in and took care of it (as they should and we expected). So far - so good, and we appreciate the professionalism.

From initial photo/video assessment of the vehicle, to negotiation, shipment arrangement, and even addressing some post-delivery issues, Johnny has been nothing but professional in his responses and willingless to make things happen for my benefit. This 10 years old M3 needed some interior and rim reconditioning, and Johnny advocated on my behalf to get those repairs approved by management. He even requested a re-do on a leather repair job before i had a chance to ask because it didn't meet his personal standards. He is a car enthusiast at heart and it shows.
