I have purchase over 10 cars on the last 10 years and I am very used to dealing with dealers however I had the best experience of my life with Park Place. I found my dream car exactly how I wanted my Z4. The car was great but the way Nate worked with me was amazing. He is extremely knowledgable, he work with me while I was in Pennsylvania and got everything ready and got me all the information I asked before I even travel to Minnesota to get the car and I know I ask for a lot and I am a pretty demanding customer ???????????????. Nate treated me with kindness, respect and clarity making my experience buying a vehicle out of state a much better experience than buying in my state. Overall, I recommend to anyone in the area and out of state. I would definitively used Park Place again next year when I change my sedan. I was unable to acquire an immediate allocation in the Twin Cities for a 2024 X7 M60i, but was fortunate to get one at Park Place. Cole answered all my questions, was friendly, and knowledgeable. He also educated me on the many features in my new vehicle before leaving the dealership. Most importantly, he made the transaction of purchasing my vehicle seamless. I highly recommend him!
