2026 Volvo EX90 Twin Motor Performance Ultra 7-Seater

I recently purchased a V60 from Portland Volvo and I can't say enough about my great experience. Heather Neville was my sales associate and she went above and beyond in her efforts to get me what I wanted. Above and beyond! In the middle of the contract signing I realized that I wanted a different color and she totally rolled with it and found me the car I needed without missing a beat. We have a date a few weeks down the road to talk about the different computer settings which is, again, above and beyond. The dealership itself was great too. They do pure pricing so I didn't have to negotiate (which was a big plus), were very transparent about all the info I asked for and answered my questions promptly. And the cherry on top - they filled up my tank with gas before I drove away. What kind of dealership does that?! I will definitely be back!

We recently bought a Certified Preowned Volvo from Portland Volvo. We worked with Heather Neville and the customer service was exceptional from the moment I submitted an inquiry. This is my third Volvo (the first two weren’t purchased in Maine) and the best sales experience by far! Heather was so kind and helpful and the whole experience was low pressure. They even kept my four-year-old entertained with matchbox cars and snacks while we went through the purchasing process! We also worked with Zack during the finance process and he was wonderful as well. We’ll definitely be back for our next car purchase!

It feels few and far between when you get great service today. Portland Volvo has exceeded our expectations of great Customer Service! Alivia Chappie has gone over the top for us! Also the Service Department was truthful dealing with a situation we had and if they hadn’t we wouldn’t have known the difference. Take heart…… there are great people and companies that care!
