2026 Mazda CX-50 2.5 Hybrid Premium Plus

Marlena Badilla was my Service Advisor during my most recent visit. I had to have many services taken care of and parts replaced. I have to say that she did a fantastic job in helping me with everything that I needed to make my experience great. She made sure that she got me in a loaner vehicle as my car was being serviced for the week, she made sure to do everything possible to make any financial adjustments where she could as the services I went for were so costly and she was overall attentive. Her professionalism was superb. She contacted me routinely to give me updates and if I needed anything that would make the wait for my car most comfortable. She was just overall an amazing worker! Thank you so much Marlena and I will be back for any of my car service needs with you! Kudos to you!

8 years ive been in Arizona, ive bought a fair few cars (more than I should have) and I have NEVER enjoyed the experience. This week I have been looking for a replacement car for my kid and we have been messed about by more dealerships than I care to mention. Usual story - I have a trade and $xxxx cash, no finance, newer than this, lower mileage than this and Apple CarPlay - "oh we can definately help you and meet your budget" - shows cars that are 5 years older than my request, shows cars with 50k miles more than my limit etc, then shows me a deal for 3 X the cash I have, then gets agressive when I decline.... Not Horne Mazda - 1st time = home run. Seek out Adrian Alvarez, he listened - showed me one car and it was a handshake and a done deal in less than 2 hours. No Lies, no scare tactics, no heavy sales pressure and no hard sell on aftermarket add-ons. It truely was a breath of fresh air and in the future will be my 1st stop if I need another car.

WHEN I TWLL YOU THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, I MEAN IT. Seriously though, I had just had my car totaled and was completely disheartened thinking I wouldn’t be able to find a replacement anytime soon. I’ve never owned a Mazda before (Toyota and Honda gal) but I have converted for sure! I found the car for me in less than 5 mins and the process was so much easier here than any other dealership I’ve ever been to. Everyone I encountered was super nice and helpful, even the passerby guys. I’m a talker so I appreciate being acknowledged and they definitely make your presence known when you’re there! I worked with sweet Darius, he’s precious and wonderful, and Andy, Darrin and Dylan were so helpful and knowledgeable as well. Everyone helped me with this what I thought would be a scary transition, and made everything a lot more bearable and easier to handle. You really relax and feel at ease when you walk into a place and they make you feel like you belong. I will always be in their court and don’t doubt I will again have a promising visit every single time! Thank you guys again so so much for all your help and hard work. You made a very difficult decision in my life so much easier????????????
