2026 Mazda CX-50 2.5 S Select

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Empire Mazda, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Upon entering the dealership, I was quickly greeted by the manager, Victor, who immediately acknowledged my arrival and got a sales rep to help me. Victor continuously checked in on me throughout the process to ensure that my needs were being met and that I was well taken care of. The customer service by the sales rep, Bernardo, was exceptional. Bernardo went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences. He was really kind, and I truly felt like he was there to help me, not just make a sale. The entire buying process was seamless and enjoyable. Before driving off of the lot with my new vehicle, he set everything up for me (including my Bluetooth!) and assured me that if I ever need assistance or had questions both he and the dealership will always be available to help. This level of attentiveness from Victor, Bernardo, and the rest of the staff, made me feel valued, respected, and reassured throughout the entire process. It’s clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. Due to negative past experiences, I was nervous going into the dealership, but their exceptional service, vast selection, and transparent dealings made me realize that not all dealerships are the same. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new car! Thank you, Empire Mazda, for making my car buying experience a memorable one!

Semir was my salesperson. He was poliet, professional, and was patient with my many questions. I drove multiple cars before making my choice. My only feedback would be the time it took to make my purchase was very long. Other than that is was a great experience and I left with an amazing vehicle.

I had a great experience at Empire today. I worked with James and Kelivin. Both were very professional and listen to exactly what I wanted and what I did not want . I was able to get the car I wanted with in my budget. I will definitely return. James was efficient and knowledgeable. Kelvin provided me with the best experience while getting a great deal when getting out of my lease from a different dealer. If you want to get in and out at a dealer with a great deal ask for Kelvin thre financial manager and James in Sales.
