Despite the fact that I hold an F-1 visa and faced challenges securing financing, Jordan went above and beyond to help me explore my options and find the perfect vehicle. Although I ultimately couldn't secure a car due to my visa restrictions, I would highly recommend Jordan and Austin Mazda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I just recently got a new "used" car from Mazda on Burnet Rd and it was the best experience ever. I wish I could give more than five stars!!! When I was in the process of browsing through cars, I've already been to a couple of dealerships, plus looking online, before I went to Mazda. I completely went on a whim too because I've been there before and I thought why not go? Well that was the best decision I've made during that time. Forrest Cook was my sales rep and right from the get-go he was a complete gentleman, very accommodating, and found the perfect car for me which I am obsessed with!!! Even the sales manager and the financial reps were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this specific Mazda location to anyone! Even though I bought a Toyota this time, I am a big fan of Mazdas anyway and I've had a couple before. ?? I look forward to coming back soon!! Thank you Mazda Crew

My new CX-5 purchase was a breeze! I made an appointment and had a test drive with James. He answered all my questions, let me see all the vehicles I was interested in and gave me some time to decide what worked best for me. I contacted him a few weeks later, and had the car delivered the next day. Everyone was friendly, greeted me upon arrival, and the whole experience was so easy- something that buying a car isn’t normal described as. I am so happy with my new car and still can believe how easy it was.
