Very happy with the service I received. I came to Budd Baer after a terrible experience at Moon, and everyone was 10/10 from the scheduling (they went out of their way to get me in three weeks earlier than Moon, who did not even attempt to try to fit me in any sooner), to the drop off and pickup, the service video is spectacular and the communication from the service department is excellent. They answered all of my questions promptly and to the level of detail I asked for. I am so happy with this experience and we will be coming here exclusively.
This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle and it didn't feel like I did. It was seamless from start to finish. Bud Bear has a very knowledge staff from sales, sales manager, and finance. I would highly recommend them.
This is a review of the purchase procedure and personnel at Budd Baer Mazda. It was a positive experience, we drove 2 hours to look at a 2021 Mazda CX-5, research was a 2 week process and the price was promising although the trade value on my car was low. But this is a business deal so trying to make money (car dealer) and save money (me) is just a part of the process. Patrick was a competent sales person and I already had an offer on my trade so it was no problem that the trade could not be a part of the deal. All in all it was a relatively painless transaction and we were treated well. The Mazda's I have purchased I have paid for with no financing and most were used for my business, then my personal car and I do like the product line so no one had to convince me about the sale. I purchased a 2014 CX-5 GT from a dealer in Ohio, Don Sitts in Cuyahoga Falls. I purchased a 2018 CX-9 GT from Bedford Mazda a little south of Cleveland. The people at Budd Baer were very much more professional than my local Mazda dealer in Erie PA, so much more so than I would have believed possible, after all it's just business right? Well it was worth every minute of the drive. So that was my experience hope it helps some to choose a better dealer or maybe just perhaps make a not so great dealer better.
