2026 Mazda CX-50 2.5 S Preferred

Went in looking for a specific used car. Tim met me at the door & was great the whole time. Very respectful, knowledgeable & helpful. Made everything understandable & made sure we were comfortable while we waited for paperwork to be finished. Highly recommend

I recently wanted to purchase a newer car than the car I had. I called Jake Sweeney Mazda West. I had an appointment with Tim met with him left in a newer vehicle. Tim and the finance manager were both very nice, courteous, professional. They made my purchase so easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The service department is great. Came in recently and they did not treat me poorly or dismiss my concerns because I am a female, which other shops have done. For my previous vehicle, I came to this location and didn't have any issues. I only gave 4 stars, because the sales department could use some work. I actually tried to buy my current vehicle from Mazda West, and no one would return my emails or calls about getting the model/trim/color combo I wanted. I'm not sure why they didn't take me seriously, or want to make a sale. Also, I was given misinformation by sales staff about certain options when I came in to the showroom, which was frustrating. It would have been really convenient because this location is closer to me than the dealership I ended up getting my vehicle from, so that was disappointing.
