Admittedly, the task of purchasing a car has not been high on my most favorable experiences over the years. For me it’s all about the customer service which enhances the purchase experience and that seems to be shorter in supply these days. Then we met sales rep Sam Whitney at Groove Mazda on Arapahoe Road. First of all…we are Mazda people. We have owned Mazdas previously. My husband and I were looking for a specific year and model of Mazda and Sam delivered. We understood this assignment could take longer than expected but we were willing to wait for what we wanted. Here’s where he made the difference. He listens. He was patient and he wasn’t pushing his own agenda of selling a car as the ONLY goal. Throughout the process he was customer focused to my husband’s and my needs, and we feel that was key to getting the vehicle we wanted. We did have a laundry list of features. He is consistent. He kept us update with information as it became available, and he worked within our desired wish list of car features and didn’t deviate trying to sell us a car that we didn’t want to purchase. He is professional and treated us respectfully. This was HUGH. Bonus points there…. Additionally, working with finance manager, Nallely R. was a pleasure! She’s also very customer focused and she and Sam make a great team complimenting each other. Overall, we are very pleased with our car buying experience, start to finish and we appreciated their level of transparency. We would definitely reach out to Sam when we need another Mazda.

Nico was very helpful, no pressure and pleasant to work with. Nallaley was also easy, quick and pleasant to work with on the financing side. We bought 2 cars…. And would come back again.

Wonderful experience! I absolutely HATE being in a car dealership usually. This time was different, AJ made the experience actually pleasant for a welcome change! I am in LOVE with my new car, so many great features at a reasonable price point. Thanks again AJ! When my wife is ready for a new car, we'll be back to see you!!
