2025 Polestar 3 LRDM Performance

Car sales as it should be. Everyone dreads going to a dealership, but Polestar Kansas City does it completely differently. The entire sales process was stress-free and handled online and over the phone, which made it incredibly convenient. When I arrived, I simply hopped into my new car, Jack walked me through the setup, and I was on my way (no sitting in an office, no pressure, no wasted time). This is my second Polestar (I went from a P2 to a P3), and both experiences were outstanding - a big reason I came back. As for the cars themselves, they are truly something special. I loved my P2 and always got compliments on it, but the P3 is a clear step up in luxury, performance, and thoughtful design. The Bowers & Wilkins sound system is unlike anything I’ve heard in a vehicle (worth visiting the showroom for that alone), the massage seats are genuinely excellent, and the air suspension makes the ride incredibly smooth and refined. I recently leased a Polestar 4 (LRDM PPP) in Stratus Matte and was very happy with the experience and service received through the process. Given the unique spec and relatively light inventory for 4s, I flew into KC from the Dallas, TX area. As this entire transaction was essentially "sight-unseen", my salesperson, Jack, did a really good job of alleviating any concerns I had, sending many high resolution photos and a long walkaround video before we finalized the deal. On pickup day, Jack was equally helpful (and knowledgeable), taking great care and time to walk me through all of the vehicle's features and settings, in super high detail, before I embarked on my maiden 500 mile drive home. Moreover, Jack surprised me with already tinted driver/passenger front windows and a very nice Polestar branded water bottle to boot. All around, one of the best car buying/leasing experiences I've had, despite being the most long distance experience to date. Despite having a dealer maybe 20 minutes from me in Dallas, Polestar KC will be my first shopping stop when this lease term ends, for sure.
