Team was kind, helpful and informative! I came in for my appointment and my car was serviced in a timely manner as I waited in the waiting area which had coffee and water and vending machines available for other options. I was offered a ride to and from home to get my car once finished which I did decline this time but good to know for the future. I received a thorough video of my cars care once service was complete. I was pleased to receive my car back with a light wash making it shiny and clean again. My car was taking great care of and it drove smoother than ever off the lot. I'm new to the area but I will definitely be back at this location for future services as I was satisfied with the entire process!
We were shopping for a new car and this was our first stop. We actually had 4 additional dealers lined up. Unfortunately for the other dealers, we did not make it since we bought our new Ioniq 5 from AutoNation Hyundai Valencia. Our salesman, Moses Scott was very helpful, patient, and extremely friendly. The finance guy was the same. We felt like we got the best deal. After the sale, I received emails and phone calls inquiring if we had any questions which we did since this car has a lot of new tech.
