Wow wow wow! We’ve been literally all over Los Angeles and to a ton of dealerships, this is the first place we felt comfortable and excited. EVIE was the absolutely best!! I came in having done a LOT of research, homework, ready to negotiate. This team (I worked with Matt and Nick) play absolutely fair in pricing and math, and could offer explanations and attractive incentives with every question I could think of as we negotiated a lease (I left with a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Blue). It was a long day but they never lost their good faith and desire for me to feel secure in my decisions, even as we went back and forth on terms. My advice is, know your bottom line but also know how to spot the compromise that will work. Matt and Nick made it pop. Great place to get a car!
