My husband took my Outlander in for rutine service on Monday. He decided to wander the used car lot while he was waiting. He was approached by Gary and was asked if he needed any help. Soon after I began to get text messages of cars that he thought were a good fit for us. There was no pressure or sales pitch from Gary just a conversation, that was impressive on its own. We decided to go look at one of the cars he had sent on Tuesday after I got off work. We missed Gary but Steven stepped in without missing a beat. We took the car for a test drive and came back to sit down with Steven to discuss some things. My husband and I were talking about how much we felt comfortable financing and how much to put down and Steven quietly stepped away to give us a chance to figure it out. That was huge in our eyes. Steven also said he would ask Service to check it out on Wednesday. From there we went over to finance and sat down with Ed. He had all the paperwork ready for our signatures and initials before we even got in the office. It was the easiest and best car buying experience we ever had. I have always been happy with the Service Department but I have come to know that it is ALL of Shirlie Slack. The Service, Sales and Finance Departments are truly awesome.
