I know this is not going to be believable but my wife and I had the best time test driving and picking out a vehicle at Younger Motor Group. Their team of professionals were great from beginning to the end. John, our salesperson, was so knowledgeable and helpful that you couldn't help but to enjoy the time you spent with him, and trust me we ask him a ton of question. Dwayne, our business manager, was amazing. He explained everything in terms we could understand and always wanted to make sure we understood the price and never tried hiding any, total transparency. You have to understand how amazing this review is because my wife and I hate buying vehicles and the whole sales process, but after dealing with Younger we will never go anywhere else. Justin Lutrell was absolutely the best sales consultant I have ever worked with when buying a new car. Very responsive, organized, and not pushy. He assured I had a great experience and wound up with the car of my choice! Dwayne Johnson was also very great to work with on the paperwork side of things. My wife and I were in the market for an SUV to replace our aging car. We searched Carfax, and luckily found an excellent deal on a barely used, low mileage and well equipped 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE at Younger Mitsubishi. Sales Associate Harley provided outstanding and professional customer service! Due to our work schedule and typical rush hour traffic jam on I-81, we arrived at Younger Mitsubishi in Hagerstown, MD shortly after 6:00 pm. Harley was very patient, and had the selected vehicle ready for our test drive. She also did a great job efficiently evaluating our trade-in. Finally very friendly Business Manager Jon finalized our paperwork, arranged our WV tag transfer, and thoroughly explained the extended service options. We happily drove our awesome Mitsubishi Outlander home that night. Overall we were very impressed with the low pressure and relaxed yet highly professional sales experience at Younger Mitsubishi!
