2026 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

I have purchased a vehicle before here. This is my second time buying a vehicle from Waco Mitsubishi, and the customer service was superb each time. We had been in discussion with Mrs. Stephanie, and she gave us an out-the-door price and came extremely close to the payment I wanted. We drove 2 1/2 hours, and it was worth the drive. We were greeted with a smile. The salesman, Dylan, was friendly, patient, and understanding of our needs and wants. At first, we were not offered the payment my husband told them we wanted, but the GM-Traci came to the rescue. She gave us additional rewards to get us an agreeable payment, which was close to what I wanted to pay. Stephanie even called around to make sure we got the best offer. I would definitely recommend this dealership!! So, a huge shout out to Stephanie, Traci, and Dylan. Thank you!!

If I could give 10 stars? I would. The Waco Mitsubishi Team simply EXCELLENT customer service...There is NO I to be found in that dealership. It was a TEAM Effort...Everyone worked together no matter what assistance they gave. The atmosphere was beyond warm very friendly and smiling faces...they did whatever they could to make me comfortable. My husband and I our situation gets hectic at times due to my husband's job keeps him gone and catching him is difficult...I truly appreciated Bertram, Beth everyone...But Ms.Traci Douglas? When I tell you this lady went miles out of her way knowing my husband was doing a drive through because he had to head back out of town...Ms Traci? She came back to the dealership after hours to accommodate us giving my husband a chance to finalize the contract. We can't tell you enough thank yous for doing something you didn't have to do and we are beyond thankful for you caring about us as customers to go that extra mile for us..everytime I get in my new vehicle? I will think about you...Thank you soooo much. This team at this dealership is one I would recommend to family and friends 100%#

Having a sales job is hard enough. I wouldn’t change anything other than express to customers be patient. Took me 6 months to decide but when I was ready the team at Mitsubishi had everything ready for me and I appreciate them greatly!
