Tom Hodges Mitsubishi is our go-to car dealership whenever we want to buy a car. We have been buying cars there for years and always have a great experience. All of the staff is wonderful. Tom himself is very friendly, personable and fair. Everyone there makes you feel like you’re part of the family. Our favorite salesperson is Dylan. He is always looking out for us and lets us know when cars we would be interested in come in. He is not a high pressure salesperson, but is very knowledgeable and honest. He replies to text messages and phone calls promptly, but doesn’t call you repeatedly, unsolicited, like a typical car salesman. We recommend Dylan and the Tom Hodges Mitsubishi dealership to all our friends and co-workers looking to buy a new or used car.
Tom Hodges Mitsubishi in Hollywood Maryland is a Great Dealership!! My salesperson Dylan Honsowitz was very helpful, answered all my questions and even provided slices of pizza since we were at the dealership around dinner time! There aren't too many sales personnel that are that thoughtful and considerate. The finance Director, Renee Davis was extremely nice and knowledgeable dealing with the finance paperwork. Last but not least, the owner, Mr. Tom Hodges met with us to make sure we were satisfied with the transaction.
