Absolutely amazing experience. Sam was INCREDIBLE and very down to Earth. She was with us every step of the way, we laughed a lot, did not feel any pressure, and had a very professional experience. She even helped me sell my husband on the sun roof!! Sam explained quite a few things that we did not know and helped us make the best decision when it came to our trade in, we walked out with a brand new car. My experience was great w/ Micheal from start to finish! I had been speaking with him for about a week before I actually made it into the office. And when I finally did make it, he made sure the process was very easy & smooth going. Being that this is my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership, MICHEAL WAS THE BEST EVER!
