Well, what more can I say. Mr. Tom Very professional, fast and expert service and also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend him to everyone and not only him but also the whole team that was there. The entire sale and agreement was concluded via phone and internet and later in the salon only the completion of formalities. No prior price changes or ripping off, only as it was agreed over the phone, it stayed that way until the very end. Once again thank you very much for your help and speed.

Top notch customer service at its best is what my Husband and myself received. We recently purchased a vehicle from Heritage Cadillac Mitsubishi in Morrow and from the time we walked in the door we were treated with respect and professionalism. Our sales guy Ki-Don was extremely helpful and made making a decision very easy. He also had a great sense of humor lol. The sales manager was very professional and very personable which we loved. The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Everyone from sales, to financing and even reception, the staff was very friendly.
