I went in for service of my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander and from the beginning Darren in the service department provided me with excellent service. I went in n expecting to receive service for only a handful of things but during the service it was discovered I needed new breaks. Darren informed me of additional cost and ensured me that it was crucial that I get the work done. My overall experience was very enjoyable. Almost a month ago I was able to purchase my 2020 m2 competition. I may be forgetting some names but I wanted to mention Pola, Paul who reached out to me first and is very kind and attentive , Neiman, Jorge, Karl and there is another manager but I did not get his name were all a pleasure to deal with. This is a completely unbiased truthful review of this dealership. I do understand how some people may believe they come off "strong". These are business people at the end of the day so you can respect that. This is where yourself as a buyer are responsible for what you get yourself into. Although many people can fantasize of a dealer really working for what is best for you as an individual which will honestly not be true anywhere you go. As a responsible adult you need to bargain and state your terms as well. You need to be knowledgeable of the car you are trying to purchase and anything else that may favor into your deal. Read over everything and revise, the dealership is not your mommy and isn't going to baby the process. If you are not happy with the deal before you simply walk away. No one is forcing you to do anything. Comparing the initial quote to the price I got the car for. I am very pleased with my deal as I know not many people would agree to the terms. Yet they are trying to sell a car as fast as they can and I wanted that exact car. Hell of a good negotiator these people are. They got to sell a car. I purchased an already collectors worthy dream bmw of mine at a fair market price and a marvelous negotiated deal between myself and the dealership. I do wish at times they can be more tentative to certain things but no place is ever so perfect. As long as things are addressed professionally and respectfully if they missed something they will correct it immediately as well. They are pretty straightforward and have a great staffing behind them. It was a pleasure to talk to the gm as well amidst making my deal. Everyone was involved and that is what was so enjoyable and made being at that dealer the whole day worth it. Very happy with my deal and creating a relationship with this dealership shoutout the Malty's!
