I went to this dealership to get a new key made and I now get all my work done there. While I was there I mentioned a weird sound and they immediately found the issue. I had used a different shop for an oil change, that shop looked at my air filter and then didn’t even have it in stock to replace it and then incorrectly put the filter cover back on! A D&E tech opened my hood showed me and fixed it at no charge and I will always trust the team now.
Robert Osgood got me exactly what I needed. I am so happy with the car, service and how he took his time to explain everything and answer my silly questions (in my opinion silly). Chris P was awesome with explaining the paperwork and numbers to me. Overall I had the best experience with great people.
