I can’t thank Leonel Sandoval, my service advisor, and the entire Subaru management team enough, for going all out in helping diagnose and repair my Crosstrek when it presented with an unusual problem. They were so kind to me, providing me with a loaner for an extended period of time. They were respectful, explaining what the issues were and were very persistent in identifying the problem and advocating that the repair be completed at no cost to me. This excellent level of service is unique in the industry and I give them my highest recommendation. I bought my Subaru from them, and encourage anyone looking for a Subaru or service department, to give them your business.
