2027 Subaru BRZ Limited AT

Went online to look a Subaru Outback leases. Mike called from Cochran Subaru and we discussed what we were looking for at the time. Mike, the sales manager sent us two different quotes and the name of his salesman, Brandon. We agreed on the second quote, and then asked for the same car in a different color. Brandon found us a red outback and we agreed to come out and lease the care on a Thursday. Brandon had the care ready to go and I saw a black one on the showroom floor that we liked better. At this time Jake was ready for us to sign papers, but we asked for another quote on the black outback. Jake said to take our time and find what we wanted as well as Brandon and Mike. Mike worked out a deal we couldn’t pass up on a the better equipped black outback and coordinated with Brandon and Jake. All in all we were only at the dealership a total of 90 minutes and left with a care we loved. What a great experience dealing with Mike, Brandon, and Jake. We will be back for sure the next time we need a car.

I had went to Cochran Subaru to see if they had a car that would meet all of my needs, plenty of room for my son and his wheelchair. I had the BEST experience and salesman! Quentin is the most professional and kind salesman I have ever had. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car, helped with my son's wheelchair to make sure it fit and plenty of room. actually the first salesman ever in all the years of buying cars, to acknowledge my son in the process. This is HUGE to me! Also Jake is very knowledgeable and professional explained everything through the sales process. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and my new car.

I was very pleased with the service. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Both Jim and Jake were very responsive….not only when I wanted something, but also when I didn’t want something. I never felt hurried or pressured. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a vehicle.
