Our wonderful sales rep Chris Myers listened to everything we were looking for in a new Outback. We test drove 2 models then settled in working a purchase. No pressure tactics, arm twisting or any games. Just straight forward bargaining and advising us what would be the biggest bang for our dollar. If looking for a new or used Subaru they have it here. Do your homework and educate yourself on the Subaru model you want, make a list of the bells and whistles then come on down. They will work the best deal for you. Very pleased with the sales and financing guys we had. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They took the time to explained everything, answer any questions I had and helped with cleaning out my trade and putting my stuff in the new car.
If you need a patient salesman, see Chris Myers. We special ordered a 2024 car, and changed the order a month later. A month after that we still weren’t 100% sure we we really wanted the car. Went in and started looking at several models, going back and forth between them. Chris was very patient and knowledgeable on all models. He is great at not trying to overly sell and no pressure. In the end we left with a 2023 forester they had on the lot. It’s only been a few days, but we continue to feel we have the vehicle perfect for us!
