Took our Subaru on due to noise from the transmission. Worked with Adam. He was pleasant and informative. Even worked hard to communicate with our hard to contact warranty company. They were able to diagnose the issue. Would recommend to anyone to use them for service.

Had a very positive experience with the Bachman Service Dept. They were very informative, performed a comprehensive diagnostics, and did not try to oversell services. They seemed to objectively separate those repairs that could be delayed from those that needed immediate attention, which has not been my past experience with dealership shops. At this time, I would not hesitate to return there for future service needs.
