I’ve been in the market for a new lease vehicle, and one of my coworkers recommended checking out Subarus. I regret not seriously considering the brand and not going to Capitaland first because the other 3 non-Subaru dealerships I visited wanted monthly payments upwards of $500 per month for the vehicles I was interested in, like the Santa Cruz and Maverick. Well, unfortunately the Baja still hasn’t come back, but I was really impressed by the level of equipment on this Impreza RS. The staff were very friendly and helped me as soon as I entered the building, which can’t be said for Lia Hyundai and Wally’s Ford. Angela was very easy to work with and felt like an actual person and wanted my business instead of refusing to try to work with me like the other dealerships. She didn’t try to lecture me on why the car was worth a markup and didn’t mark it up either which Wally’s insisted on for the Maverick. It should also be noted that the manager at Capitaland took time to sit down with me and negotiate a deal that would be acceptable when I was ready to walk away, while Lia basically said not to let the door hit me on the way out. I got a monthly payment I agree with, he gave me more for my trade than initially offered, and out door was like $35k after taxes and fees. I have been loving every minute behind the wheel of my first ever brand new car. Going from a 2012 luxury sport sedan to a 2024 economy wagon is actually not a downgrade in my case, and I think Subaru deserves recognition for making such a solid value that’s also a wagon which is unfortunately an unpopular body style here in the USA. The only thing I’ll miss is the buttery inline 6 turbo engine, but the 2.5 boxer 4 isn’t bad at all. It feels like the perfect balance of power and economy, and the car doesn’t feel like a penalty box like the Corolla hatchback for example. I give Capitaland and Subaru both 5 stars!

I was on my way into work and was presented with a low tire pressure warning. Pulled over and found a screw in my tire. I was able to get to Capitaland Subaru and the service representative welcomed me in and asked me what the issue was. I was immediately put at ease and the issue was promptly addressed. Thank you Tony and Capitaland Subaru!

Russ was incredibly helpful and kind!!! I love my new car. My husband recommended working with him after a great deal he got on his own subaru. We won't go anywhere else after the great experiences we both had!
