I had a WONDERFUL experience. If you like a laid-back environment, No pushy sales rep, and great prices, this is the place to go. Pierce Allen was my rep and was fantastic. They worked with my work schedule and made it possible for me to get the car. Even his sales manager was fun. They laugh, they joke, and some even make funny noise. O but wait they didn't offer me water or snacks. Nm don't go there. Just kidding, they are GREAT.

Just bought my third car from Serra of Champaign. Always a good experience and particularly so this time. Salesman Frank Eyeson was friendly, knowledgeable and took his time explaining new features to this technically challenged old guy.
