I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and the process and staff at Baldwin were outstanding. Everyone was honest and straightforward— no high pressure tactics. I loved working with Brennan, she was very patient and responsive throughout the whole process from researching the car to picking it up. The option to communicate via text message made it convenient for my busy lifestyle, allowing to manage most of the process without disrupting my daily routine. When I decided to trade up and get a newer car, I wasn't expecting to find a deal that really suited me as a buyer. Even after I purchased my car, I continued to receive wonderful customer service with phone calls checking in on how I liked my new car, if I needed help just stop in and even had someone come to my house to help me learn more features! How cool is that?! Definitely the best car buying process I have ever had by far! Top knotch!!
