2026 Subaru Outback Limited

This is the is the best Subaru service that I have had in the Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson area. I am absolutely willing to drive to Carson to be treated this well. They needed my car for most of the day to perform the 60K mile check up. But they gave me a loaner car and keep in touch to let me now how things were going. Before they even started on the service, the service manager (supervisor) went over all of the details and estimates for services they would be performing. They talked to me like a human being, not a clueless woman. They did not try to upsell me on anything, and I felt like the prices were very fair. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend. Very professional and fun staff. I purchased my Subaru here and have it serviced her as well.

Service Advisor Scott made sure I had the best possible experience. He told me it would be about an hour but my car was ready in 40 minutes. He explained what was being done, and what would be needed at my next appt. I felt like a valued customer and for that, I am grateful.
