Easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Mom decided she wanted a Forester and we were struggling to find the exact one she wanted, Serra had the one she wanted in stock (seemed to be the only one left in the state with 2025’s coming in) and our salesperson, Chaz, was a huge help locking it in. They even had the car delivered to her, and pretty much everything was signed online. After a rough experience with a closer Subaru dealer, we appreciated the experience here!

First of all, I was not sure if I was ready to buy or lease a vehicle again after many years of buying used vehicles. I was straight with Steven about that & he listened & provided helpful information whenever I had time to think about it. He was not pushy or overly salesy, he was just a nice human, answering questions when I asked them, providing options when I asked (I was originally considering a used Outback or CrossTrek). He sent what was available & also kept me informed on sales opportunities. When we were ready to car shop (which was ultimately a way to distract ourselves after the sudden loss of our dog of 14 years), he made himself available & spent all the time we needed exploring options, test driving multiple versions of the Outback (even in the heat & humidity). He was helpful, generous with his time, attentive & friendly. It almost felt like we had all known each other for awhile by the time it was all said & done & we decided to move forward with the purchase. I absolutely love the car (if you can love a vehicle!) I'm pretty sure every single time I go to get into it I feel like I need to pinch myself because it's really truly mine! Our experience working with Steven was truly perfect. There is not one thing that I would change. All of the colleagues we met along the way were courteous & everyone shared the same messaging, which was helpful. I will probably drive this car until the cows come home, but if I were looking to purchase again or knew someone looking, I'd refer him in a heartbeat. Thank you, Steven.
