Great comfortable waiting room full of snacks and drinks with TV viewing. Prompt attention to getting car in for servicing. About 1.5 to 2 hour wait. Professional customer service. Purchase of the car was easy. Ron was very thorough and patient to show all features and allow for a no pressure selling experience. I love my new Ascent Premium Subaru!

Just bought a used Subaru and the TCV light came on. I called Subaru Service and spoke to Morgan. He quickly set an appointment for me. The car was fixed the next morning and he called to let me know. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope, Subaru is covering it. Overall, great experience and the gentleman was very polite.
