Wow! A wonderful dealership and first car buying experience! The whole staff was extremely welcoming, honest, helpful, supportive and encouraging. We came over to the Subaru lot pretty late looking to test drive a car but ending up buying our first! Monique was so kind and friendly and was great support while waiting out the details. She even put a big red bow on our car so when we walked out it was like a present waiting! :) Kris was very straight forward and tried to cover all the options, all while training Brysen who did great for his second day. This was the best car buying experience ever!!! My salesman Shane, was amazing! While putting the deal together other personnel stopped by to offer water, snacks or just to say hi. I felt like I was hanging out with friends. I felt like they really wanted my business and worked hard to get the deal done without pressuring me in any way. I’ve tried for 6 years to buy a Crosstrek and finally got it done. Way to go Kendall Subaru team!!!
