Need a great dealership where you’ll feel welcomed, heard, and never pressured? This is your place to go! My husband and I came here after experiencing poor service at a nearby dealership. I wasn’t too keen on car shopping anymore but I’m SO glad we decided to car search here! Our salesman was Jarell, he seriously needs a raise! He was very informative, he shared his thoughts and experiences when it came to the cars, he spent as much time as we wanted looking at a car, and answered our thousands of questions without hesitation. As first time car buyers and parents we were nervous when it came to such a large purchase and safety! We have a young toddler and newborn and we were eager to find something spacious and safe! It’s safe to say we found a great car and an even better dealership! We bought the Subaru Forester and are very impressed! Kyle the manager we spoke with was great as well! (Same with all other interactions between other employees) Just some extra notes we really appreciated- *has nothing to do with cars, just kindness* - Jarrell and Kyle were so great and understanding when it came to our crazy toddler, offered him snacks and toys, we also were there past dinner time and they allowed us to grab our dinner and eat while we waited to go through final paperwork! All this to say if you’re looking for a car this is a place I would highly consider you checking out!

I recently bought a car at McCarthy Subaru in Lawrence. It was a wonderful experience. The person I worked with was Jerry Jordan. He never tried to sell me the car; instead he spoke factually about various options, and try to gauge my needs. I called him a anti-salesperson (a deep compliment just in case it was not clear.) I deeply appreciated his commitment and friendliness. Then I worked by Kyle in closing the deal, and paperwork. He carefully guided me to various packages and options regarding extended warranties, again no pressure and no attempt to sell, but to inform. It was a magnificent experience. Then there is the brand of Subaru; I have heard only positive things about Subaru..including from Consumer reports. Best wishes for the McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence!
