2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT

Took my 2018 Crosstrek in for some high-mileage maintenance. After they handled the requested services, they let me know of a humming noise from the rear and suggested I have them replace the wheel bearings. My initial thought, like most frugle skepticals, was "yeah right, they're just trying to get more money out of me!" The service advisor, Matt, politely reminded me that sometimes when we're driving a vehicle regularly, we don't notice sounds it may have developed. Then upon doing more research on the matter, I realized it actually could be an issue I should address. Sure enough, it was like driving a brand new car again after the fix. I had NO idea the bearings were in such bad shape. I could almost swear it rides smoother now than it did when I bought it brand new! Definitely trust these folks and their attention to detail!

Nice relaxing area to wait while you get your vehicle serviced. Free coffee and snacks available. Plenty of seating and table space to bring your work or homework with. I was able to work on bills and catch up on the news! Best to schedule an appointment so you have a shorter wait time ????
