I drove more than 400 miles round trip to purchase from Morehart Murphy because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It started with Dean, the internet sales manager. He was far more helpful than some folks at another Subaru dealer in New Mexico had been, and he since I was having trouble finding the vehicle I wanted, he was the first to suggest ordering one. I worked with Herman to put together the Forester that I wanted, and he placed the order quickly. He was awesome throughout the process, and the vehicle arrived much sooner than we'd anticipated. When I went to Morehart Murphy to pick up my Forester, the friendliness and awesomeness of the staff continued, and Jim Morehart even came out to introduce himself to my wife and me. Herman made sure everything was set and the process was fast and easy. Nickie made the paperwork process super easy. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people there.
