Awesome experience from start to finish. I worked with George who is hands down the BEST car salesman I have ever worked with. I initially dreaded the process of buying a new car, but 5 Star Subaru made it a breeze. To note this dealership is over 3 hours from my home. I have been using Subaru for a few years now and I have Ford vehicles. They are usually able to fit me in the schedule fairly quick as they do get booked out. So far I have had great experiences. It’s nice to bring your car in at the start of the day and pick it up at the end of the day. I have primarily worked with John and Mark, and they always make sure I am taken care of!
Five Start Subaru, as always, went above and beyond during my recent (unscheduled and unplanned) visit. After getting a flat tire and identifying a couple of other issues, I decided to go directly to the dealership for help. They were pleasant and super helpful. They got my car scheduled immediately, gave me a loaner so I could get to work, stayed in touch with me throughout the day, and had my car ready that same evening. I can’t say enough positive things about this service department and the dealership as a whole. I’m grateful they’re in our area.
