I couldn’t be happier with how I was recently treated at Nate Wade Subaru! Derek was my technician, he was very helpful and clear in his communication. He followed up often and was very kind. I was provided with a car while mine was being fixed which was covered under my warranty (they let me know without even having to ask). So happy and appreciative of the care and service I received!

Johnny is the best and doesn’t miss a beat. Every time I bring my Forester in, I know it’s in good hands!

Came in for a routine oil change and the tech discovered the front brake pads were worn beyond limits. Discs were “warped” too. No problem and I’m grateful they found the issue. My problem is with how long it took to make the repairs. Johnny did apologize for his time quote being off; I appreciate that. Also, I appreciate the free shuttle ride to get something to eat while I continued to wait. However, I didn’t appreciate the disconnect that occurred for the ride back to the service center. Evidently the person I spoke to over the phone failed to report my ride request. As a result, I waited 37 minutes for a ride that never showed up. I called Johnny and he apologized again, I appreciate that. He did offer to knock off the cost of the repairs, I appreciate that too. I just didn’t enjoy being left hanging. I arrived at the service bay at 10:3o am-ish and didn’t leave until 3:45ish. I didn’t plan on a whole day being ate up.
