Jerry was our salesman. A true professional. We had visited another Honda dealer before here. Jerry explained the differences in the models of the vehicle we were interested in. The other dealer just rolled out cars. We had no intention of buying a vehicle this day, but we did. We observed a full showroom of people looking to buy vehicles and a full service area. The other dealer was a ghost town when we were there. The other dealer was 20 miles from our home. Hackettstown is over 60. We are almost happy with our purchase and experience. My only issue is that they put front license plates on ALL vehicles. I live in PA, I don't need that 'pimple' on my front bumper. Then again, I can't see it when I am driving. Highly recommended.

Traded in my 2022 Honda civic for a great price and upgraded to a brand new fully loaded 2024 HR-V.
