I had a wonderful experience at Mazda Route 9, and I highly recommend that you check them out. Randy was accommodating and friendly. I was looking for options to buy my lease car, and he had the patience to guide me through the buying process and show me how a Mazda works. Throughout the entire process, I felt very comfortable negotiating with him and expressing any concerns or questions I had. I appreciated that Randy respected me during the conversation, listening and speaking to me instead of directing the conversation to my husband, who visited the dealership with me, as I was the buyer.

Anthony was a knowledgeable low pressure professional. I had a unique purchasing situation which Anthony went above and beyond to make work. I purchased my first car last month from Dylan Cottman. A Mazda 3 and Dylan was amazing. He had the car ready and cleaned on time for my appointment. He was friendly and pleasant. Very professional. I had lots of questions because it was basically my first ever purchase on my own. He talked to me (not my husband) knowing I was the purchaser. He never rushed me and let me ask all my questions even though some were probably stupid. He talked to me seriously and never made me feel insignificant.
