After having a horrendous experience at another Mazda dealer, these guys at University Mazda, treated us right. Don't judge a book by its cover, the place may not be in the most luxurious of street corners, but the people treated us really nice. They were truly knowledgeable of the vehicles and I feel that they were honest. They accommodated us the best they could and they offered us a fair price for the car. I will do business with them again.

A few weeks ago I dropped and broke my friend’s new key and was told it would be around $450 to fix online. When I went into the Waco dealership I met Randy and he was able to help me. He graciously took the time to put my friend’s key back together. He was able to find all the pieces except for one, which only cost me $40 (this price was also discounted). He saved me $410.
