As honest as a dealership can be! My sales guy Arturo was nice, and helpful! General manager/owner was willing to work with my numbers to make a sale, appreciate that! Amir, the finance guy, one of the rare ones, honest and upfront! Chapman Mazda was great to work with. Jeremy Tippett (salesman) was the best and easiest person to work with. We had to ride a bus to Sky Harbor bus stop and Jeremy came and picked us up and drove us to the dealership to purchase the car we had selected. Everything went so smooth.
