I had a good time getting my Mazda 3 trade-in done and it was due in large part to the consultant I was working with. Rudy Catalan was very patient and helpful in answering any questions that I had at any point in the process, and really made what usually feels like a long dragged out process a lot more enjoyable and efficient. At some point, I was missing some documentation that I needed and he was kind enough to help me find it on my car insurance portal. I was in and out of the dealership in a much quicker time than I expected, and left feeling satisfied that I got the best deal that I could on my new lease. He was also very responsive when I had to make a few follow up calls afterwards with questions regarding my car's navigation system. A real honest and pleasant guy to work with. I don't think there's anything else I could have asked for of this particular car leasing experience.
